PAS Program |

Nature of Care Palliser Adolescent Services (PAS) is a collection of coordinated Mental Health Services for adolescents and their families experiencing mental health difficulties. The services are available to residents of the Palliser Health Region and do not require hospitalization. Comprehensive, multidisciplinary assessment and/or treatment is offered in varying degrees of intensity. Most adolescents and families enter into a comprehensive day program lasting approximately six weeks. Program Location and Hours of Operation PAS is located on the lower level of the Regional Resource Centre 631 Prospect Drive SW, Medicine Hat. Services are provided: Monday through Thursday 9 am to 3 pm, and Friday from 9 am to 12 pm. Admission Criteria Age appropriate to attend school from grades seven to twelve. Adolescent and family must enter treatment voluntarily. Adolescent and family are assessed by the child & adolescent psychiatrist and the PAS Team as being able to benefit from emotional, behavioral and/or relationship therapies.
